Gillian is a very thoughtful and gracious host, Anna operates dinner dining flawlessly, and George at the bar is very friendly. The good was delicious, views spectacular, housekeeping terrific. No complaints!

Rooms wee beautiful but a little small,the same applied to the bathroom.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff and super evening meal and breakfast

One small opportunity for improvement would be to relocate the kitchen extractor fan if possible to the roof rather than underneath the bedroom windows.

The restaurant is fantastic, the room was beautiful, the view was breathtaking, and everyone was so helpful and friendly!
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Most of the year this is likely not an issue, but the room was rather warm and we couldn't open the windows very much to take advantage of the sea breeze at night.

We enjoyed our stay at The Smugglers Inn. Its a beautiful hotel with lovely, helpful and friendly staff. The food was delightful and lovely views from our room.

Extremely friendly staff, especially the lady that checked us in - I didn't catch her name. She allowed friends of ours to change in the room as they couldn't check into their B&B until 4 but we needed to be at the Day 2 of a wedding. Delicious breakfast, spotlessly clean - brilliant accommodation.

Nothing. Maybe a bit far from the village but that wouldn't impact the rating.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean.

The washroom was pretty tight and didn't have an electrical outlet in the washroom.

Enjoyed the convenient location, lovely restaurant with great food and attentive service, breakfast was excellent. The staff friendliness, hospitality and assistance was much appreciated. The room was immaculate with stunning views out over Ballinskelligs Bay.....we will be back

The location was fab. The food was great. Very much enjoyed the hot tub. All the staff were excellent and so friendly. Thanks so much Gillian for your help with a missing coat.

The complete team was very friendly and very professional. The location in front of the sea was beautiful, the room was very comfortable and quiet and the restaurant was also very good
